Diadora was born in 1948 in Caerano di San Marco, which was – and still is today – a world-renown sporting shoe development district. Since its beginning Diadora has contributed to write some of the most iconic pages in the history of sport, style and technology. Since 2009 the Moretti Polegato family – already majority stake-holder of the established brand GEOX – has been at the helm of Diadora, and Enrico Moretti Polegato – as both president and CEO of the company – has inaugurated a path of growth based on the pillars of sport technology, authenticity and style. The craftsmanship that comes with the best kind of “made in Italy” has also been resurrected and made a focus of all lines. Today the production is focused on sport performance lines – with a special focus on running – fashion and style, with the high-end Heritage collection and the more mainstream Sportswear line.
